Terms & Conditions

1. Booking & Payments:
All bookings must be confirmed in writing (email or signed contract). A minimum of 50% advance is required to confirm the booking. The remaining balance must be cleared before the event date.

2. Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations made 15 days before the event will receive a 50% refund. No refunds for cancellations within 7 days of the event. In case of postponement, dates can be rescheduled based on availability.

3. Liability:
We are not liable for delays or disruptions caused by external factors such as weather, strikes, or venue issues. Any damage to equipment or setup caused by the client will be charged.

4. Copyright & Media Usage:
We may use event photos/videos for portfolio and promotional purposes unless specified otherwise in writing.

5. Service Limitations:
Artist availability is subject to final confirmation. Travel/accommodation costs (if applicable) are to be borne by the client.
